3. Return Process:
- Our Pickup (if available): If our reverse pickup service is available in your area, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup
- Self-Shipment (if pickup unavailable): If pickup isn’t an option, you can self-ship the product(s) using a reliable courier of your choice. We’ll reimburse your reasonable courier
- Verification and Action: Once we receive the returned product(s), we’ll verify the claim and initiate either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.
What can’t be returned/replaced?
- Opened, used, or altered Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for products that have been tampered with or show signs of use.
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.). Please keep the original packaging for a smooth return
- Return/replacement requests made after 7 days from the delivery date for wrong/expired
- Damage/missing product claims reported after 2 days from the delivery
