Changed your mind? No worries! You can return unopened and unused items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
Received the wrong item or a damaged product? We’re on it! Just notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund.

- Online Purchases: We’ll email you a return shipping label. Use it to send back the item in its original, unused condition.
Step 5: Verification & Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days (excluding original shipping charges) to your original payment method.
What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded?
- Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns After 15 Days: We cannot accept returns for items beyond the 15-day window.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items Reported After 7 Days: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
